How to create a PROPERTY VIRTUAL TOUR

Virtual tours to market a project or property are all the rage these days, used by Estate Agents, Property Developers and even private individuals looking to sell their own home.  So when choosing a company to design and produce your video here are a few pointers to think about:

What are your goals for making a the video to begin with - are you looking to sell your home with or without the aid of an estate agent / property professional? Or are you in the property industry looking to promote the sale of a clients home or development project?

What does the video need to achieve for you - increase sales / increase web traffic / brand awareness?

Where will the video be viewed?  In your reception for clients awaiting a meeting?  On your website? At a trade show or corporate event? Or on a local property marketing site open to the general public?

So what difference does any of this make you may ask.  Well in order to make a quality virtual tour or corporate presentation for any business or member of the public, the above key points MUST be clear to whoever is designing and producing the video.  Without a clear layout at the beginning, the results may not be what you were expecting.

Keep COSTS LOW by looking for alternative formats to create the video. Instead of hiring a videographer, why not look for a reputable business than can create your virtual tour using photographs - just be sure to use HD photographs, never compromise on quality!

Confirm what rights you have to the video in advance.  Many companies will retain the rights to your video after you have paid for it!  It is important that once you pay for the video you have full ownership rights and can promote the video on whichever form of social media you choose.

Finally time. Time is money as they say so don’t waste your time hiring a company that is going to take longer than a week to produce the final video.  On average you should be looking for around a three day turnaround, dependant upon the size of the project.

Clear Vision Media have all the tools of the trade that you need to produce a QUALITY corporate video or virtual tour.

Our video’s can be created using your HD photograph’s or we can arrange for a photographer to take the photo’s for you.  We can include a 3D Animated Floor Plan, music and text to make your video stand out from the crowd.
